Library of Your Rulers

This is where the Journals of each of the Rulers of each region will be kept. It is mostly for reference purposes. Each 'ruler' will be allowed a single thread, in which he or she may post the history of their character in an In-Character Journal Entry, as if through the eyes of that character.
